I am intrigued by using podcasts in the classroom. At our last inservice day, we talked about teaching to the multiple intelligences and different learning styles. I am a visual and kinesthetic learner; I am NOT an auditory learner - it goes in one ear and right out the other! Which kind of stinks for my auditory learners! Using podcasts would be a way for me to reach those auditory learners. Plus, they love hearing some other voice than mine!
I searched podcasts on iTunes and I was surprised how many there are geared towards kids. Looks like a good resource!!
